The PBC is a modern & spacious 1,000 sq. ft. freestanding beach house situated within a 10,000 sq. ft. lush tropical palm grove perfectly suited for 2-3 Guests. There are over 200 palm trunks offering filtered shade and tropical ambience accentuated by the light ocean breezes passing through the palm leaves.
The entire property has been designed with excellent attention to detail, amazing amenities and for your privacy. The Pacific Tropical Fusion in landscape and house designs makes you feel like you are on your own private retreat! High open-beam vaulted ceilings, incredible modern yet subtle indirect illumination, lots of natural day lighting from the seven skylights, native artifacts, great professional cooking facilities and luxurious linens!
